1. Entry and Eligibility:
The "iNET Real Estate RealTime Agent Pro Package Giveaway" promotion is
presented by iNET image, Inc. and officially begins at 12:00 A.M. (Central Daylight Time)
on Monday and extends through 11:59 P.M. (Central Daylight Time) Saturday of each week.
The promotion is displayed on realestaterealtime.com. All entries must be
received by iNET image, Inc. through electronic entry and are subject to all terms
and conditions outlined in this document. This promotion is open to current
residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older. The person or company
submitting the entry must be a licensed real estate professional or have a legitimate
purpose for displaying real estate listings on the Internet.2. Publishing of Information About the Winners:
The winners acknowledge and agree that as a condition of winning, iNET image, Inc. has the
right to publicize his/her name, company name, likeness, city and state of
residence. Contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses will not be
published nor will they be shared for any purpose other than the administration of this
contest.
3. Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability:
The Prize winner will be required, at iNET image, Inc.'s sole discretion, to verify that
they satisfy the qualification requirements. The winner agrees to release iNET
image, Inc. from any liability resulting from the information posted by the winner using
this website presence. Failure to comply with these rules will cause the prize to be
forfeited and another winner to be chosen at random from the pool of eligible entrants.
iNET image, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the "Real Estate
RealTime Website Package" giveaway at any time without notice.
4. Contest Prizes:
One prize of an "iNET Real Estate RealTime Agent Pro Website Package" will be
awarded each calendar week, the retail value of the prize awarded is $299.95. The
value of the prize awarded must be redeemed in the form intended and can not be
transferred or redeemed in cash or any other consideration. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND
LOCAL TAXES FOR PRIZES AWARDED IN THE THIS PROMOTION WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY
OF THE INDIVIDUAL WINNERS AND WILL BE PAID FOR BY THE INDIVIDUAL WINNERS.
5. Selection of the Prize Winners:
The prize drawings will be conducted under the supervision of iNET image, Inc., whose
decisions are final and binding in all respects. Each weekly drawing will be held on
the first Tuesday following the weekly entry period between 12:00 P.M. and 12:00
A.M. Winners will be notified via e-mail or by phone within 48 hours.
6. Requirements:
The winner must claim their prize within a 7 day period following the award notification.
Prizes not claimed within the allotted period will become void and a new winner
will be selected. The iNET RealTime Real Estate System requires a Value hosting
account which is $39.95 monthly (first month included). At time of award the
winner must provide payment information for subsequent monthly hosting fees. No
contracts are required and service can be cancelled at any time with a 15 day notice.
